FILE FORMATS

We can export our 3D Models into the following file formats:

- dwg
- dxf
- 3ds
- obj
- PDF (New!)
- max (model only)
- max (model + standard materials)
- max (model + Vray materials)

It is possible to export to other file formats as well. However, please bear in mind that some of the more specialized file formats have limitations when exporting.

Many pseudo-AutoCad software developers, disallow the use of own 3D models, even though the user's manual states otherwise. In practice, it is possible to use only the models provided by the software developer/distributor. This unfair practice means we cannot fully guarantee that our models are 100% compatible with your software. However, if you provide all the information about the target software that you use, we promise to check all the compatibility issues for you.

Some chosen formats for 3D meshes allow for detailed rendering of finish materials' textures.

POSSIBILITIES

The scope of this service is 3D Modeling and publishing the result in chosen file formats. 3D Workshop is able to create models of almost any inanimate object. This service does not include extremely detailed, unique objects, such as sculpture, animals and people.

Meshes may be optimized for specific purpose, for example, game-ready, architecture design, visualization, or other customer specifications.

All models made and sold by 3D Workshop are free of defects of title, ie. the whole models and their titles are created by 3D Workshop, and the buyer has the right to use the purchased objects freely, for any purpose.
