We offer imaging services for parties and events. We provide top quality visualizations of your projects as well as ideas for unique set design or arrangement, to help you win your end-customer's approval. We prepare all the graphical elements to be used in the event, invitation design, posters, large format prints, gobo blanking, and many other non standard materials which can be used to organize the event.

► What end product will you recieve from us?
The delivery format for our work is a set of still images with visualization of your set design (usually in the lossless TIFF file format) of wanted quality and resolution.
During the course of each project you can order any number of shots of wanted quality and resolution, according to your needs. It is possible to order shots with different quality parameters, if one of the shots is needed for, say, your printed catalog, and the other is to be displayed on your website. Our customer is able to exactly match the delivered end product to their needs
Pricing always matches the number of wanted images as well as their quality parameters.
In the case of animated set design visualization, possible delivery formats are:
AVI, MPEG, DVD, FLV , or as a finalized VIDEO DVD. We also provide all the uncompressed animation files before final editing. This complete "source" material enables you to re-edit the animation to suit your exact needs without any loss of quality.

► What materials do we need to start working?
Sketches and sample photos of similar designs to be used are key. A description of the event idea, mood and target atmosphere. We are able to match many of the elements on our own, so that they best complement the event vision.
If the event is to take place in a specific locations, all sorts of floor or surrounding plans are great help to us, as we can accurately match the measurements and proportions to our visualization. Accurate reconstruction of target location in 3D means the final effect will be even better than photomontage, for a guaranteed effect.
Finally, it is important that we receive photos of the event location, indicating which spot is being photographed. We will use these photos for photomontage, or maybe recreate the whole surroundings from the ground up in 3D, depending on which technique will yield the best results for the project.
We treat each project individually, hence for best results please contact us on the phone even bofeore the actual work is commissioned. This way we are able to indicate all the required source materials for accurate and proper visualization results.
► How do we cooperate while working on the visualization project?

Why is it so important to us?
Such workflow means we are able to accurately plan deadlines for each project. In such a scenario, deadline extension is rare and the customer shall recieve the ordered visualization on time. What makes our offer unique is that corections made by the customer are already taken into account in the workflow and do not incur additional costs.
► Payment information
For our first time customers, we require a 30% final pricing advanced payment. We will send you an invoice draft immediatlely after pricing, and after the advance payment is made, we begin work immediately after recieving all appropriate information and materials
Bigger orders are split into milestones, with payment delivered after each stage of work is finished.
Before final payment, all delivered materials will be watermarked with Light Origin: 3D Workshop logo. After final payment final image versions without watermarking will be sent immediately.
All the rates provided are net prices. Please find the appropriate tax rates applicable in your country.
► Our responsibility policy
We guarantee full security and discretion of our customers' projects, they will never be used in any way without your prior consent. All our work is never subcontracted to outside studios. We remain responsible for all the project and guarantee to make all the required changes at any time, since all the project milestones are always readily available - all related materials are always stored in our studio only.
All finished projects and visualizations will be stored and archived in our studio for the period of at least 2 years. It is always possible to return to past projects and modify or re-use them without unnecessary additional costs.
