This approach is manifested in a number of aspects of our collaboration with the customers. Among others, a number of simple rules you can count on:

• All work is done by 3D Workshop employees in our studio. This guarantees that the end result offers stable quality, short deadlines and full confidentiality of commissioned projects.
• We always finish the project at the set pricing, no matter the actual costs. It is our responsibility to accurately assess the total project cost.
• Clear rules of cooperation, our only requirement is an advanced payment.
• It is possible to return to a past project up to two years after finishing, enabling the customer to introduce any sort of changes at no initial cost.
• All data and materials related to the project are safely archived for the period of at least two years.

We have a lot of experience in visualization, and we well know the few limitations of this technique. However, there are situations when 3D visualization is not the optimal choice. We always try to help our customer choose the optimal solution for expected results, as we are well aware of all the pros and cons of each one. Our task is to help our customer to make the best decisions.

Light Origin: 3D Workshop bases its customer relations on the rules of Fair-Play. It is of paramount importance to introduce this kind of behavior to every aspect of our work. Our offer is always worded succintly and simply. Our wages are always the same as our pricing, which we provide before the project is started. We always finish the task, no matter the actual costs, as it is our responsibility to provide accurate pricing. We do not require any prior agreements, and every customer shall receive brief and clear information regarding our standard work terms.
