Visualization of a housing development with multi-family houses

A small closed housing development consisting of three multi-family houses, two of which are identical. Visualizations represent actual development plan of the surrounding area with small architectural details and vegetation positioned according to plan.

Visualization of an historic building

The visualizations show a renovation plan for an old tenement building in Rzeszow, which has been in disuse for a number of years. The investor plans to renovate the building, restoring all the rich facade details. All the stuccowork and decorations were modeled in full 3D for the sake of the visualizations. Bright, "cutesy" colors are intended.

A set of visualizations of individual single-family houses

The gallery shows a number of visualizations of individual single- and multi-family houses made by a developer from Krakow. Some of the buildings appear in different color palettes. Visualization is the best tool to test many color concepts before the actual building even begins.

Single family housing development

Visualization of a multi-family housing development in Rzeszow, the development is L-shaped with houses situated along the internal road. Some houses are semi-detached. Because of the lot size, the visualization was divided into two images. Additionally, a few pedestrian-view shots were prepared, as well as a guided tour of the development to be presented on PDP.

Visualization of elevation reconstruction for an industry building related to L'Oreal. Only one elevation was changed, keeping all the functional details of the original. The key criterion for this project was short realization time - 2 days

Visualization of a new investment of car importer Kulczyk Tradex in Poznan. It is a training ceter strictly connected with brands such as Volkswagen, Porsche, Audi. The key matter in this project was short completion time, all visualizations were complete in two days.
